Our history with these SBCs goes back to the original days of NET.  NET were acquired by SONUS and SONUS by Ribbon Communications Inc.   My original NET SBC is still running!

We offer these as hardware appliances or virtual appliances supporting various private and cloud hypervisors and as SBC-aaS.

We use SBCs as security devices, terminating SIP trunks and translating the version of SIP to Microsoft Teams for Direct Routing or to your Telephone System, FAX, Emergency Lift Phones, Announcement or Door Entry Systems to name a few things we have deployed.

Enable Teams users to make and receive calls to/from the public telephone network if Microsoft 365 becomes unreachable.
Microsoft’s Survivable Branch Appliance (SBA) capabilities are delivered as fully virtualised software in concert with the SBC SWe Edge. Microsoft’s SBA services provide organisations an additional level of resiliency and peace of mind that calling services can be preserved if the cloud becomes unreachable.

Can I migrate existing Services to a Ribbon SBC?

Yes.  We have a world wide experience of SIP services from many providers, as part of our take-on processes we will validate the existing configuration and operation. 

Protecting your business, should your provider decide one day to change the operation of your service.  We will have the validated operation and through our root cause analyse identify the changes.
