Shift to Modern IT
Understanding Your Digital Assets
Not all IT aspects of your business fit the cloud, but most companies can and probably should adopt the cloud somehow. Let us work with you, uncover what you have, and determine the benefits and the risks of its placement.
- Your Site (OnSite): This is the holding of components of your IT in your office or central business site, that may or may not have adequate resilience
- Remote Site (RemSite): Remote working requires a modern IT approach to security, management and compliance
- In Colocation/Hosting (Colo): This offers many benefits over Onsite – to find out more, see Data Centre
Moving to the Cloud
- Infrastructure as a service (IaaS): This is the delivery of components such as hardware, software, virtual data centre resources of virtual machines, network and storage
- Platform as a service (PaaS): This is a combination of IaaS and a set of middleware, software development and deployment tools that allow the business to create, develop and deploy at cloud speed
- Software as a service (SaaS): This is a business application created and hosted by a service provider. In this model, users do not have any action on the environment and the service provider takes care of the entire infrastructure and also the application
Adoption & Change Management
What’s the driving force behind successful adoption? Change management.
This is a discipline that helps people make the transition from a current state to a future state, achieving expected business benefits and objectives. Success requires more than simply installing new products and the creation of a training asset — it is embracing a new way of working.
This change is about people and helping them conduct business.

The General Data Protection Regulation became law in May 2018. This engagement is structured as a short one day engagement for up to eight people in the basics of GDPR, but also the other regulated aspects of undertaking business digitally - like the importance of an email signature.
It also involves a review of your existing Microsoft Office 365 tenant baselined against Microsoft best current practices.
M365 and Teams Governance
Teams is a monster of a product and can be complex to secure and fit inside your compliance requirements, whilst retaining the functionality of this key part of a digital transformation of presentation of the Microsoft power platform.
If you're just using Teams for voice, video and file sharing, you're not making best advantage of the efficiencies in automation of process Teams presents.
